Requests and quotations

A submitted enquiry is a request for a proposal and does not reserve an aircraft or confirm a flight. Prices, availability and services are confirmed in a written quotation.

Confirmation

Travel is subject to the agreed contract, operator acceptance, aircraft availability, required approvals and payment terms. Aircraft suitability is assessed for the complete itinerary.

Illustrations and specifications

Aircraft and cabin renderings illustrate the experience. The actual cabin configuration and amenities are confirmed before booking.

Changes and cancellations

The cancellation and amendment terms in the accepted quotation and charter agreement govern each booking.
